Bentley has just released the details of the new special Continental Supersports Convertible which features an ISR Mulliner. The ISR special edition celebrates Juha Kankkunen's world speed record on ice achieved at the wheel of a Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible. The ISR will be built in only 100 units worldwide and will be powered by the standard 6-litre, twin turbo-charged W12 engine, which is good for 640 PS (631 bhp / 471 kW) and a massive 800Nm (590lb ft) of torque. The engine is mated to a Quickshift six-speed automatic transmission.
In terms of performance, Bentley's Continental Supersports Convertible ISR is able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds and from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.0 seconds. The ISR can rocket from 0 to 100 mph (roughly 160 km/h) in just 9.5 seconds.
The ISR package for the Continental Supersports Convertible includes 20” 10-spoke wheels, which can be ordered with a vibrant red paint with a diamond turned finish, dual-louvered dark bonnet vents and a special set of graphics.
Bentley sets the price for the new Supersports Continental Convertible ISR special edition at 189,300 GBP, VAT included.
