A U.S. real estate company, called South of Fifth, has joined forces with Lamborghini Miami to offer a free Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder with every purchase. The real estate development includes 28 residences and only seven are yet to be sold. The Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder is priced at $260,000 and they're offering them for free. Imagine how much one of the houses costs. The company's official website does not disclose the price of the residences, but a quick search reveals that a beach-front property in Miami usually goes for over 1 million USD.
