As announced, the Lamborghini Huracan Spyder had its world debut today at the 2015 IAA in Frankfurt. The Lamborghini Huracan Spyder comes with an electrohydraulic soft top that can be opened and closed in 17 seconds at speeds of up to 50 km/h. This new soft top is going to be available in three colors, black, brown and red. To reduce the wind inside the cabin when the top is down, Lamborghini equips the Huracan Spyder with a special built-in duct. According to Lambo's official specifications, the Huracan Spyder weighs 1,542 kg and it offers a 43:57 front/rear weight distribution. The power of the Huracan Spyder comes from the 5.2-liter V10 engine that produces 610 hp at 8,250 rpm and 560 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.

The official specs say that the Huracan Spyder is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.4 seconds and from nought to 200 km/h in 10.2 seconds. Its top speed is rated at 201 mph (324 km/h).

To reduce the turbulences inside the cockpit, Lamborghini gave the Huracan Spyder two removable lateral wind guards. The new version of the supercar is also fitted with fins and other aerodynamic aids meant to channel the air to the engine bay.

The Lamborghini Huracan Spyder comes equipped with LED headlights, 20-inch wheels, carbon ceramic brakes with 380mm discs, a start/stop system, cylinder on demand technology, a 12.3-inch TFT instrument cluster, and LED headlights. In terms of efficiency, Lamborghini says that the Huracan Spyder offers a 12.3 liters / 100 km (19.1 mpg US or 23 mpg UK) fuel economy.

The Lamborghini Huracan Spyder's price starts at 186,450 EUR.
