Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560 4 Facelift

 »  »  »

Lamborghini revealed the new Gallardo LP 560-4 facelift (2013) at this year's Paris motor show. The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 facelift comes with a new exterior design, and an updated interior but underneath its skin it's basically the same car. At the front, the facelifted Gallardo LP 560-4 shows a new bumper, dominated by trapezoidal and triangular shapes, divided by two diagonal elements in black. The main idea behind this new bumper is to give the new Gallardo a more planted and aggressive look. For the same reason, on each side of the front wheels, there are two large vents, used for cooling the brakes. The rear end of the Gallardo facelift shows the same shapes as its front. Its rear bumper has also been redesigned, integrating a new diffuser.

Lamborghini also increased the surface of the vent used for cooling the engine compartment of the Gallardo facelift.

The Lamborghini Gallardo facelift can be ordered with a Style Package, which includes high-gloss black paintwork for the front spoiler, both grilles, the transverse element of the rear trim.

Since Lamborghini did not mention anything about the new Gallardo's engine, we assume it’s the same as the current one. This means that the Lamborghini Gallardo facelift has 5.2 liter V10 engine, with an output of 560 hp at 8,000 rpm and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) at 6,500 rpm. The all-wheel-drive system is also present. All the specifications of the facelifted Gallardo are available here.

Lamborghini did not announce the price of the facelifted Gallardo, but they did mention it will go on sale in November 2012.
