The Brits from Autocar announced that the new Ferrari F450 will be unveiled at the next Frankfurt auto show in October. Currently, the new model is code-named Ferrari F142, but it's believed that it will receive the Ferrari F450 when it will go into production.
The Ferrari F450 will be powered by a new 4.5 liter V8 engine and will feature some of the parts of its predecessor, the F430. The rumor is that it will output more than 500 hp. To transfer the power to the wheels, the Ferrari F450 will probably use the double-clutch transmission that equips the new California.
The new Ferrari F450 will also feature green materials and weight reduction elements in order to have a smaller impact on the environment.
There is no word on the Ferrari F450 price, but the car is expected to enter the market at the end of the year or at the beginning of the next one.
