Cristiano Ronaldo, the Manchester United star, has crashed his Ferrari 599 GTB this morning in an accident near Manchester Airport. Although the car looks very bad, the football star came out unhurt. The unfortunate event took place in a tunnel while Ronaldo was following team mate, Edwin van der Saar, driving a Bentley Continental. The two players were on route to their training session, so alcohol can be ruled out as the cause of the crash.

The Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano is powered by a 6 liter V12 engine with Variable Valve Timing and is one of the most technologically advanced car built by the Italian manufacturer. The Ferrari 599 GTB outputs 612 hp and 608 Nm of torque and is capable of a top speed of 330 km/h.
