New Ferrari F450 details have emerged today revealing the fact that the new model will feature technology from the Italian brand's F1 and GT racing programs. some of the features of the Ferrari F450 include a double-clutch 7-speed gearbox, software to kill understeer and radiators in front of the wheels.
The aluminum frame of the Ferrari F450 will be lighter and more rigid than the one used for the F430, reducing the need for increased power.
The Ferrari F450 is scheduled to be unveiled in the fall, but rumors say it may get postponed due to styling issues. Apparently, the aerodynamics of the car still need improvement. The Ferrari F450 will go on sale next year and will be available at start only as a hard-top version. The Ferrari F450 convertible will be launched at a later date.
