We don't usually post this kind of violent acts on ZerCustoms, but the Police have not yet apprehended this hit and run scumbag and are asking for your help. The hit and run happened in Hartford, Connecticut, on May 30th. The victim, Angel Arce Torres, 78, was crossing the street when a car hit him and the ran away. Mr. Torres is now in the Hartford Hospital in critical condition.
What's even more shocking is the indifference of the people walking by the scene. None of them even cared to take a look at the man lying in the middle of the street. This is not the first time we have seen this kind of behaviour and we have to ask ourselves: where is this society headed to?
