Hyundai revealed the new Genesis New York concept, well, at eh 2016 NY Auto Show. Once again, Hyundai is trying to enter the premium market. This time is seems they want to challenge the BMW 3 Series and the Mercedes C Class. The Hyundai Genesis New York concept is powered by a hybrid powertrain, which includes a 2.0-liter four-cylinder internal combustion engine and an electric motor. The total output is rated at 245 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. The Hyundai Genesis New York concept comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The concept features a sleek exterior design, with a coupe profile and four doors. The futuristic and elegant interior features four seats and a center console that extends all the way to the rear of the cabin. One of the distinctive features of the Genesis New York concept's interior is the massive 21-inch 4k digital display, which was developed by LG.

So far Hyundai did mention whether or not the Genesis New York concept will go into production. However, various sources suggest that it will see the light of day as the G70 production model. We will have more details about the Genesis New York as soon as Hyundai makes them available.
