The modeling technique of JNH

Lip spoiler wasn’t an option for us when considering the significance of Venturi Tunnel. Yet faced with the task of creating appropriate down force, we realized the best way is to adopt wing-shaped canard.

The bottom of side duct is lip-shaped which leads air to wing part. The wrong angle of wing might disrupt stability of wheel but we overcame this delicate issue the only way we know - by testing, testing and more testing. As a result, the amount of air hitting tires directly is kept to minimum when steering the wheel.
As design is pretty basic, what separates one from the rest in terms of quality is the detail of parts. We tried to achieve both functionality and beauty, not sacrificing one on behalf of the other.

The modeling technique of JNH is best showcased here: from creating the perfectly seamless panel, appealing massive presence to making beautiful R curve on the panel.
Upon customers’ request, the canard is fixed only at the bottom, making it easy to attach and detach, which is very convenient for resale.

The recent trend shows more and more racing cars are adopting side splitter and it’s with an obvious reason – inflow air.

It prevents the flow of air underneath the body from going toward the side and control the turbulent air caused in the back area of front tires. In order to take in a lot of turbulent air, step-shaped front is adopted which naturally

transforms into wing-shaped design toward the rear.

Pininfarina curve at side section, which always amazes a modeler, is retained. Even though some thinks 360Modena is fairly square-shaped, looking at 360modena from side would change that idea. It’s actually full of curving line and putting on JNH Side splitter would enhance its original style.
Same as front canard, attaching the parts is really easy and the angle of wing is calculated to control turbulent air toward rear tires.

With a new set of tires and a wheel, lowered vehicle height and JHN’s Side splitter, the side view of 360 Modena looks better than ever.

Our development team had doubt about rear section when analyzing the design of stock car. The volume of air running through Venturi Tunnel is great but they asked themselves whether or not the speed of air at the end could be increased.
Upsweep at rear-end increases downforce is obviously a wrong idea.

No gimmicks, no game.

It is well known that 360Modena takes in a large amount of air from front nose and when it runs through Venturi Tunnel, the flow of air is converted into downforce. However, there’s a room for improvement at the rear end in terms of performance and design.

The upper (upsweep effect) and the lower (diffuser effect) areas are boldly separated and seven fins are attached to the lower area to help increase the speed of air flow. If you think about why 360 Challenge added diffuser later on, you would totally agree with our approach.

JNH is always true to functional beauty. No gimmicks, no game.

FRP and Carbon

Every parts is available in two materials: FRP and Carbon.

Rear under diffuser in FRP comes with carbon plate placed on upper area, creating race type finish.

Black paint is used on joint area for Carbon to prevent it from aging degradation. It’s clear-finished and UV protected.

The One to One project by for complete customization is the result of the 3-piece modular wheel technology, which makes extreme sizes and a high degree of lip depth possible in all inner and outer rim as well as flange combinations (as per catalog). The forged flange offers superior mechanical features, light weight and versatility of form otherwise impossible to achieve.

P-Zero Corsa System is a extreme road use tire developed for powerful supercars and enthusiasts who often take their car on the race track, allowing them to maximise their cars performance. The features in tread pattern design, compound and structure, allows P-Zero Corsa System to satisfy even the most demanding customers in terms of dry handling and braking without compromising on wet handling, noise performance and maximised contact patch with the road surface.

THE ultimate sound

As the name shows, it’s for pursuing the ultimate sound. The switching of Silent mode / Race mode is pretty much a standard these days and our product adopts that system. Silent is useful for driving in the suburb in the wee hours and once it’s switched to Race mode, the greatest sound you have never heard of awaits you.

The sound at 3000 to 4000 RPM attracts the respect of others around. Even more, the sound at very high resolution gives you a most beautiful high-pitch sound you could ever imagine. This is THE ultimate sound every owner of 360Modena should experience.

The development team is a group of skilled and experienced professionals who deals with 360Modena engine on regular basis. Not only the volume and quality of sound but also the most effective engine exhaust was on the minds of those meisters in the process of developing. Feel the exhaust system only the true experts can create.

(*)Heat-resistant stainless plate comes as standard equipment but Muffler Heatproof plate is also available as optional.

JNH took a step further and pursued functionality and good design for Heat shield cover in engine room.

The material is triple-layered, first one is heat insulator, second is Aluminum Plate 1.2mm and the third is semi-dry molded carbon plate. Ordinal resin is not used and replaced with so-called 5052 for heat resistant reason. It’s heat-treated for three hours at 266 degrees Fahrenheit, which raises actual heat-resistance by approximately 20 degrees.

Faced with the fact that Wet Carbon is not an option and Pre-Pregnant (Dry-Carbon) is not cost-effective, Semi Dry-Carbon molding is the only way that can overcome both issues of ‘production and cost’.

‘High quality justifies high price’ is not our way of thinking. Well’ always try to provide equal quality with lower price and that’s where we believe our engineers can add extra value.
