Jaguar released today the first teaser image of the new XFR-S, which is going to have its world premiere at the 2012 Los Angeles auto show at the end of this month. Jaguar XFR-S is going to be the fastest and most powerful sedan the carmaker has ever built. Unfortunately, Jaguar is still keeping its output and performance figures a secret, so we'll have to take their word for it at the moment. Some speculate that the Jaguar XFR-S is powered by a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine, which should output around 550 hp and 680 Nm of torque. This is the same engine used for the XKR-S, which is able to get from zero to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds and from nought to 100 mph in 8.6 seconds. If this is the case, than the Jaguar XFR-S will probably pull off similar performance figures.
