| Lotus Elise SC Review | |
| With the 2008 version launched last week, we found on YouTube this Lotus Elise SC review done by Jason Plato from Fifth Gear. The chassis, the gearbox and the suspension are the same as the ones on the standard car. The difference with the Lotus Elise SC is the supercharger that takes the power up to 217 hp.
The Lotus Elise SC tested in the video does 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds and has a top speed of 240 km/h. The 2008 version however needs 4.6 seconds to reach 100 km/h and has a top speed of 241 km/h. Jason Plato thinks the engine of the Lotus Elise SC hasn't been tuned properly and the handling is good, but not exactly fun. Another complaint is the lack of ergonomics of the interior design |

| and the Lotus Elise SC price (32,000 pounds) which gets very close to Porsche Boxter money.
