| Rather than adding a traditional bench seat, Nissan decided that the third row in the Pathfinder TREK should come as two individual, flexible seats. They can be positioned both up or both down but also separately, allowing five, six or seven persons to be easily accommodated. As the second row of seats also folds flat the vehicle is ideal for carrying large and long loads, including those awkward furniture boxes from IKEA.

| Ensuring the vehicle stays on the correct path is ESP+ which quickly corrects any detected wheel slippage during cornering. The list doesn’t end there, add ‘uphill start support’, which prevents roll back on pull away by holding the brakes on for a short period of time until the accelerator pedal is activated and on automatic transmission versions ‘downhill drive support’ prevents loss of control on steep and slippery descents.
