In this new Pagani Zonda R presentation video, Horacio Pagani talks about the actual unit that managed to set the new Nurburgring lap record for a production model. In case you missed it, the Pagani Zonda R is currently the fastest production model on the Nurburgring with a lap time of just 6 minutes and 47 seconds. The record setting Pagani Zonda R however, was not completely standard, as it was equipped with bespoke Pirelli P-Zero tires.
Here are a few numbers of the Pagani Zonda R: power comes from a 6.0 liter V12 engine that's good for 750 hp and 710 Nm. It has a 350 km/h top speed, a 2.7 seconds 0-60 mph time and wait for it, a 1.5 million EUR price tag.
