The SDR V-Storm is a new incarnation of the British sportscar that is now powered by a Subaru 4-cylinder boxer engine that develops 300 bhp. The previous version of the SDR V-Storm was powered by Aprilia engine, but with this one, the car can reach 60 mph in a little more than 3 seconds. The reason for this high performance is it's power-to-weight ratio - 500bhp per tonne.
The SDR V-Storm is built on a tubular steel chassis and is fitted with disc brakes on both the front and the rear axle. The power of the SDR V-Storm is sent to the rear wheels via a 6 speed sequential gearbox and a rear differential.
The Subaru powered SDR V-Storm is still in a testing phase so it's price will be announced at a later date.
