Saab announced today the price list of the 94X crossover for the United states market. The U.S. version of the Saab 94X comes in two versions, with front-wheel-drive and with all-wheel-drive (XWD), and with a choice between two engines. The entry level 94X is powered by Saab's 3.0i V6 engine, which develops 265 hp at 6,900 rpm and 302 Nm of torque at 5,200 rpm. Saab also offers a more powerful version of the 94X, that comes with a smaller engine. It's a 2.8-liter V6 turbo with an output of 300 hp at 5,500 rpm and 400 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm.
The Saab 94X is sold with a six-speed automatic gearbox with steering wheel mounted paddle shifters. The XWD version of the 94X features a DriveSense adaptive chassis for an improved ride
quality and better handling. The Saab 94X 3.0i needs 9 seconds to get from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) while the 2.8 version is able to do the same thing in 8.3 seconds.
The Saab 94X price list for the USA market starts at $34,205 USD MSRP for the FWD model and at $48,835 USD MSRP for the Aero XWD version.
