Seat Ibiza SC Trophy

The Seat Ibiza SC had its premiere at this year's Worthersee meet. Seat announced that the Ibiza SC will get its own single-brand competition (Trophy), which will take place in Spain and Italy. Seat's Ibiza SC is powered by the same 180 hp engine as the Cupra and is equipped with the 7-speed DSG transmission with steering wheel mounted shift paddles. The brakes of the Ibiza SC come from the Seat Leon Cupra and include 345 mm discs at the front and 288 mm discs at the rear. Apart from the bigger brakes, the Seat Ibiza SC also comes with a modified oil sump, a roll cage and other racing safety systems.

For better stability during cornering, Seat modified the Ibiza SC Trophy so it now has a 13 mm increased wheelbase, a 170 mm wider front track and a 29 mm rear one.

The Seat Ibiza SC Trophy cup car sits 40 mm lower to the ground and weighs just 1,063 kg. It's toe-in and camber can be individually adjusted and the car has 17-inch wheels.

The Seat Ibiza SC Trophy features a new aerodynamics package and modified dashboard that now shows various information relevant to the race driver.
