Seat revealed today the new 2014 Leon ST Estate, which is now the third version of the model, after the five-door hatchback, and the three-door SC. One of the main highlights of the new Seat Leon ST Estate is its luggage compartmenet, which has a capacity of 587 liters, or 1,470 litres when the rear seats are folded. With the Leon Estate, Seat is introducing the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) system, the Adaptive Chassis Control (DCC) damper adjustment, and Progressive Steering. If you're looking to get the DCC system and Progressive Steering with your new Leon ST, you'll have to order it with the optional Dynamic Pack. Seats is going to sell the Leon ST with a range of petrol and diesel engines, ranging from 1.2 to 2.0 litres and with outputs from 105 PS to 184 PS.

The Seat Leon ST 1.2 TSI 105 PS promises a fuel economy of up to 57.6 mpg, while the 1.4 TSI 140 PS version is rated with a fuel consumption of 53.3 mpg. The Seat Leon ST FR is powered by a 1.8 TSI engine that's good for 180 PS and 250 Nm of torque. The diesel versions of the new Leon Station Wagon are powered by either a 1.6 TDI with 105 PS and 250 Nm, or a 2.0 TDI with 150 PS and 320 Nm. The Leon ST 2.0 TDI comes with Start/Stop and Energy Recovery and it's rated with 68.9 mpg and 106 g/km CO2. The FR version of the Leon ST TDI is powered by a 2.0-liter engine that puts out 184 PS and 380 Nm of torque. It promises a fuel economy of 65.7 mpg.



The Seat Leon Wagon is just 45 kg heavier than the regular model, weighing 1,233 kg. The Leon is 4.54 m long, which means it's 27 cm longer than the hatchback.

Seat is going to sell the LEon ST with optional LED headlights, Multi-Collision Brake, Tiredness Recognition, Lane Assist and the Easy Connect infotainment operating system.

The Seat Leon ST's price and availability are going to be announced at a latre date.
