Sin Cars revealed recently their new road-legal supercar, called the R1. The Sin R1 supercar is built on a space frame chassis that has received FIA's homologation and it has a mid-engine rear-wheel-drive architecture. The Sin R1 is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine developed by General Motors that's rated with a horsepower output of 525 hp. The Sin R1 weighs just 1,100 kg, and with so much power under its belly, it can accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 2.5 seconds. Apparently its top speed is 200 mph (320 km/h). The engine of the Sin R1 is mated to a Graziano 6 speed manual H-pattern transmission and it comes with electric power steering. Sin Cars equips the R1 with AP pedals, and AP brakes with 362 mm discs on all four corners.

The equipment list of the Sin R1 include air conditioning, a central locking system and immobilizer, a twin silenced exhaust system, a TITAN steering rack, and Hella lights. At the interior, the Sin R1 features OMP components, including the seats, the safety belts and the steering wheel.

The Sin R1's price is set at £60,000.
