Felino, a new Canadian car manufacturer established by Antoine Bessette, revealed recently the cB7 supercar. The Felino cB7 is a high-performance two-seater sports car, which was built for the track, but it's also road legal. The Felino cB7 measures 4,191 mm in length, 1,930 mm in width, 1,143 mm in height and it has a 2,451-mm wheelbase. It weighs just 1,135 kg. The cB7 has a mid-engine rear-wheel-drive architecture and it is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine developing 525 hp at 6,300 rpm and 489 lb-ft of torque at 4,400 rpm. The top speed and the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration time have not been tested yet. They're waiting for the summer to come to conduct these tests. The Felino cB7 features a carbon composite body and it comes with carbon seats, an on-board data acquisition system, side cameras instead of mirrors and a rear-view camera.

Felino equips the cB7 with a standard 6-speed manual transmission, or an optional sequential gearbox.

The Felino cB7 comes equipped with carbon ceramic brakes and an independent, double wishbone cast aluminum suspension for both axles, with adjustable spring and compression rates. The Felino cB7's price is going to be under the $100,000 mark.
