Toyota Motor Corporation announced today that it is recalling over 630,000 minivans, Toyota Noah and Voxy, due to faulty fuel tanks and engines. The Toyota Noah and Voxy recall affects 628,239 units built between November 2001 and May 2007 and is caused by fuel tanks that were not installed properly. Because of this cracks may appear and oil may leak.
The Toyota Noah and Voxy recall also includes 2,623 units manufactured between June and November 2007 that may stall when being driven at high speeds due to a flaw in their computer programs.
