The aftermarket specialists from Unichip launched today a new power upgrade for the Range Rover Sport equipped with the 3.0-litre TDV6 twin-turbo diesel engine. Unichip's new power kit can be installed as a DIY fitment by the owner of the Range Rover Sport via the U-Connect wiring loom developed by the same tuner. Unichip says it requires only minutes for installation and removal.
Unichip's new power kit for the Range Rover Sport TDV6 offers a gain of 22 hp and some extra torque too. In total, the Unichip Range Rover Sport develops 281 bhp at 3031 rpm and 525 lb.ft of torque at just 2241 rpm. This means that your tuned Range Rover Sport will offer improved low speed performance for towing, caravanning, off-road performance and overtaking.
Even though a Unichip enabled Range Rover Sport gets some extra power, its fuel consumption remains the same 30 mpg. The price for Unichip's power upgrade is 423.15 GBP.
