VATH revealed today their aftermarket program for the roadster version of the Mercedes SLS AMG. With 702 horsepowers under its belly, the VATH Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster is one powerful machine. Vath's kit for the SLS Roadster includes a compressor kits and an air box, and a re-programmed ECU. The result is 515 kW (702 hp) and 850 Nm of torque. VATH's SLS Roadster is able to rocket from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.3 seconds, and it's able to reach a top speed of 330 km/h, with the right tires. To keep it cool, the VATH SLS Roadster is fitted with a larger fuel cooler and an increased gear box oil cooler. Its brakes have been upgraded with 405-mm discs and steel lines. Optionally, you can equip your VATH Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster with a bespoke stainless steel exhaust system with throttle control, or with a sports catalyst.
VATH's SLS Roadster sits on 20-inch alloys and a set of special springs, which work with the AMG RIDE CONTROL system. The new suspension system allows the driver to lift the nose of the car by up to 40 mm, or to lower the ride height between 20 mm and 45 mm. Adjustable shock absorbers are also included in the package.
VATH's aero kit for the SLS AMG Roadster includes a new front spoiler, side skirts, and a boot spoiler, which are all made from carbon. For the interior, they offer various carbon fiber trim parts, including a 400 km/h speedometer.
VATH's conversion for the Mercedes SLS AMG roadster is priced at 85,130 EUR, including VAT.
