Here's a video that shows how Renault workers put the finishing touches on a Dacia Sandero on the production line. The clip seems to be shot in Renault's Russian plant we can't figure out is how did it manage to slip out the factory gates. The video shows a worker who uses a hammer, his fist and feet to make a door close better on a Dacia Sandero. The way the cars apparently get built over at Renault are a result of two things: poor development and planning job and not very well trained workers. Then again, the Dacia Sandero is on the very lowest price segment on the European market. However, this is not an excuse for poor build quality.
We're wondering how many production steps on the Dacia line are made this way.
