Here's a comparison between the latest generation 2012 Porsche 911 (997) and one of its grandparents, the 1965 Porsche 911. Some will say that you can't compare a 48-year-old car with a present day, high-performance machine like the new 911, but they might be wrong. Even though the Porsche 911 from back in 1965 might get smoked in almost every category of tests, it could still have a few tricks up its sleeve.
