Driving a car while under the influence of alcohol is completely irresponsible, but trying to ride your bike is just plain stupid. Watch this guy attempting to ride his motorcycle when he's not even able to sit on it properly. We're pretty sure he can't even stand on his own two feet. Where did it happen? We have a hunch it took place in Russia.
