| BMW says that the Mini Cooper JCW GP is the fastest production Mini ever built. We're not really sure it actually is, but it managed to run a lap of the Nurburgring in just 8 minutes and 23 seconds. The Mini JCW GP has a specific output of 100 kW/136 hp per liter, racing brakes and a performance suspensions system. The best way to test BMW's claim is to put it in a race against the ZCars Mini Busa. Here is how they compare on paper. The Mini Cooper JCW GP needs 3 seconds to get from zero to 30 mph, 6.6 seconds to get to 60 mph and 14.9 seconds to get to 100 mph. The ZCars Mini Busa can reach the same speeds in 1.8 sec, 3.9 sec and 10 sec, respectively. | |||||
