Nokian Audi RS6 Breaks World Speed Record On Ice

Nokian Tires announced this week that they have broken the world speed record on ice yet again with the help of the same Audi RS6. The Audi RS6 used the Nokian Hakkapeliitta 8 studded tires (255/35R20 97 T XL) for setting the new world speed record on ice at 335.713 km/h! The RS6 managed the incredible feat on March 9th, 2013, on a 12-kilometre (7.5 mile) track created on the ice of the Gulf of Bothnia. This is near the city of Oulu in Finland.
