Honda announced today that the world debut of the 2009 Honda Insight Hybrid will take place at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January. The 2009 Honda Insight Hybrid price has not been announced but the manufacturer expects the new five-passenger, five-door hybrid to be the most affordable on the market. The 2009 Honda Insight Hybrid will hit showrooms in the spring of 2009.
The 2009 Honda Insight Hybrid will feature a new technology called Ecological Drive Assist System or Eco Assist, which will offer better fuel economy.
The company will release more information on the 2009 Honda Insight Hybrid closer to the auto show premiere date.
