The 2011 Ford Ranger price was announced today, as the new pickup truck prepares to enter the British market. Ford's 2011 Ranger will go on sale in the UK next month, with a choice between three cab versions: Single, Super and Double. Ford will offer two engine choices for the 2011 Ranger, including a 2.2-liter TDCI diesel and a 3.2-liter diesel. The 2011 Ford Ranger 2.2L TDCi comes with a Variable Geometry Turbocharger with a position sensor and outputs 150 PS and 375 Nm of torque. It comes with either a 6-speed manual transmission or an automatic, and it's available with both a 4x4 and a 4x2 drive system. The 2011 Ford Ranger price starts at £15,515 GBP.

The 2011 Ford Ranger price goes up to £25,040 GBP for the top of the range Double Cab Wildtrak

version, which is powered by a 3.2L Duratorq TDCi engine. The 2011 Ranger 3.2L TDCi develops 200 PS and 470 Nm of torque and offers the same choices of transmissions. The 3.2-liter 2011 Range is available as a 4x4 only.

The 2011 Ford Ranger is rated with a 1,340kg payload capacity, a 3,350kg towing capability and a 800mm water-wading capability.
