This is the new 2016 Ford Ranger facelift, which is scheduled to go on sale in the third quarter of 2015. Unfortunately, so far, Ford did not disclose its price list. In terms of design, Ford has completely reworked the 2016 Ranger's front end. There are some interior styling changes too. The 2016 Ford Ranger comes with a range of new equipment, such as SYNC 2 connectivity, Lane Keeping Aid, Adaptive Cruise Control, Driver Impairment Monitor and Front and Rear Parking Sensors. Ford says that the new Ranger (2016) pickup truck is 22% more efficient than its predecessor thanks to upgraded diesel engines and Start-Stop technology. Ford also improved the Electric Power Assisted Steering and the suspension system of the 2016 Ranger pick-up truck.

The facelifted 2016 Ford Ranger comes with several engine, but if you need a heavy-duty truck with maximum towing capabilities, you'll have to get the 3.2-liter Duratorq five-cylinder TDCi diesel engine. It delivers 147 kW and 470 Nm of torque. Ford is going to sell the 2016 with the following engines too: 2.2-liter Duratorq four-cylinder TDCi (118 kW and 385 Nm of torque) and 2.5-liter Duratec petrol (122 kW and 225 Nm of torque).
