The Blue Oval announced at this year's Frankfurt Motor Show the 2016 Ford Focus RS' price list, as well as its 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration time. according to Ford's official specs, the 2016 Focus RS is able to get from nought to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.7 seconds. It can reach a top speed of 165 mph (270 km/h). The 2016 Ford Focus RS is powered by a 2.3-litre EcoBoost turbocharged engine that delivers 350 hp and 440Nm of torque between 2,000 and 4,500 rpm. With the 15-second overboost, the 2016 Focus RS develops 470 Nm. A big step forward for the 2016 Focus RS over its predecessor is the fact that it now comes with all-wheel-drive and Dynamic Torque Vectoring. The previous FWD version had a bit of a problem with torque steer.

The 2016 Ford Focus RS comes with a launch control function, a shift light that alerts the driver for the optimum upshift moment (5,900 rpm) and flashes if the engine hits the limit of 6,800 rpm. The new Focus RS (2016) offers four driving modes: Normal, Sport or Track and one you will surely love, called Drift Mode.

The 2016 Ford Focus RS' price starts at £28,940 in the UK and at just under 40,000 EUR in the rest of Europe. Ford is currently accepting orders for the 2016 Focus RS.
