Range Rover also announced today the 2011 Land Rover Freelander 2 price, ahead of the new version's debut this fall, in September. The 2011 Land Rover Freelander 2 features a revised version of the 2.2-litre turbo diesel engine that delivers a 14% improvement in CO2 emissions and a 9% lower fuel consumption. The 2011 Land Rover Freelander 2 is available in two power levels - the 150PS TD4 and the 190 PS SD4. At the same time it offers a choice between a manual and an automatic gearbox. The new model will also be sold as a 2WD SUV with the 2011 Land Rover Freelander 2 eD4.
The 2011 Land Rover Freelander 2 price starts at 21,695 GBP for the TD4 S manual and goes up to 32,995 GBP for the TD4 HSE manual.
For the more powerful 190 PS version, the 2011 Land Rover Freelander 2 price starts at 27,510 GBP for the SD4 GS automatic and goes up to 35,510 GBP for the SD4 HSE automatic. The 2011 Land Rover Freelander 2 eD4 price will be announced at a later date, as the 2WD won't go on sale until January 2011.
