The Japanese carmaker has released today the first 2012 Nissan Versa sketch, giving us a hint about the next generation model. The manufacturer also announced today that the next-gen, 2012 Nissan Versa will also be sold on the American market, both south and north. Unfortunately, the company did not release any other details regarding the 2012 Nissan Versa to go with their nice drawing.
However, we may speculate that the 2012 Nissan Versa will have roughly the same engine line-up as the current generation model. If we're right, it means the 2012 Nissan Versa will offer a choice between a 1.8-liter engine and a 1.6 liter unit coupled with both manual and automatic transmissions. The 2012 Nissan Versa price will start at around the 10,000 USD mark.
