Volvo released today all the details and a few images of the updated 2012 XC90 SUV, which will go on sale this October. At the exterior, the 2012 Volvo XC90 now features LED daytime running lights integrated into the front bumper, a re-styled metallic bumper bar and roof rails, new rear light clusters with dual light guides, LED brake lights and a silver turn indicator bulb. If look carefully, you'll notice that the 2012 XC90 now feature a molding on the lower part of the doors. Volvo is also offering a new set of six-spoke 18-inch silver rims for the 2012 XC90. At the interior, the 2012 XC90 features a re-designed steering wheel, new aluminum trim parts, white lighting for the instruments, and a new load cover.

The 2012 XC90 Executive now features soft leather seats with ventilation and massage, while the R-Design version of the SUV comes with a new upholstery, new door panels and a new set of Ixion 19-inch wheels.

For the 2012 XC90 Volvo upgraded the Bluetooth sound system, which can now connect and play music from any device. The new XC90 also comes with an app that lets the driver stay in touch with his car via his iPhone or Android smart phone. This new app can offer such information as how much fuel



there's left in the tank, the average speed, and other general "health" details. The new app can also help locate your XC90 in case you lost it in a parking lot.
