The new generation 2013 Range Rover had its world debut yesterday, during the opening of the 2012 Paris Auto Show. The new Range Rover (2013) comes with a new interior and exterior design, a lower weight and a new diesel hybrid engine. The 2013 Range Rover is the world's first SUV to feature a lightweight all-aluminum monocoque body structure. This makes it 39% lighter than the current generation of the 4x4, which is about 350 kg. In terms of design, the 2013 Range Rover's front and rear have been completely re-styled, offering the SUV a more modern look. They also redesigned its interior, which inspires elegance and strength. The Range Rover is by definition an off-road vehicle. Thanks to its new aluminum structure, its all-terrain performance has increased even more than before.

The 2013 version of the SUV comes with the latest generation of Land Rover’s Terrain Response system as well as a full-time intelligent 4WD system, with a two-speed transfer box. The 2013 Range Rover comes with a 3,500kg towing capacity and a 900mm wading depth.

The 2013 Range Rover is going to be available in various versions, including the Autobiography 4.4-litre SDV8 (339PS), the Vogue 3.0-litre TDV6 (258PS) and Autobiography 5.0-litre LR-V8 Supercharged petrol (510PS). All versions of the new Range Rover (2013) are equipped with the 8-speed automatic transmission.

Lets' talk performance. The 2013 Range Rover LR-V8 Supercharged is able to get from nought to 60 mph in 5.1 seconds. If you're looking for efficiency, the 2013 Range Rover TDV6 offers 37.7mpg (7.5 lit/100km) and a 196g/km CO2 emissions level.
