The tuners from Anderson Germany revealed today Darth Vader's Maserati GranTurismo S, which they call the Superior Black Edition. It comes with an increased power output and visual modifications that surely came from the dark side of the force. Visually, Anderson's GranTurismo S features silky matt black exterior coating, shining black window frames, grill and the rear logo and tinted lamps. Anderson' new GranTurismo sits on 21 inch glossy black wheels with carbon framing, 265 tires in front and 295 in the rear. They also gave it a lowering kit. The Anderson Maserati GranTurismo S also features a new bonnet and a carbon fiber package which includes the side mirror coverings, the tailgate, the roof ledges and the lateral air vents.
The aerodynamic kit of the Anderson GranTurismo S includes front and rear aprons and a centered exhaust system. The new exhaust is 13 kg lighter than the factory one and adds 12 hp to the output of the car.
Anderson gave the GranTurismo S an ECU software optimization which increase the output from 440 hp to 492 hp.
The interior of the Anderson Maserati GranTurismo S also features a carbon fiber package, which includes the air inlets, door knobs, the switch desk in the roof liner, the door sill panels, the steering wheel, the seat regulation levers, the shifting paddles and the radio mask. Anderson fitted their GranTurismo with a new multimedia system, featuring a dashboard monitor, monitors integrated in the headrests, a PS3 game console, loud speakers, a subwoofer and an amplifier. The car features a leather and Alcantara upholstery.
Anderson did not announce the price for their new Maserati GranTurismo S program.
