Maserati announced today that they're launching a Sport Pack for the GranTurismo S Automatic. The new package is meant to improve the performance of the automatic GranTurismo S, while keeping the convenience of its transmission. The Sport Pack includes a super-fast MC Auto Shift software, which shortens the shift time of the GranTurismo S Automatic's gearbox, and an updated exhaust system. The new exhaust keeps the bypass valves fully open while the car is in sport mode.
The Maserati GranTurismo S Automatic Sport Pack also includes body colored side skirts and front winglets, a black grille, black mesh side grilles, black look headlights, an integrated rear boot lid spoiler and oval exhaust pipes.
The Sport Pack for the GranTurismo S Automatic also offers Grigio Mercury Neptune-design alloy wheels, and dual-cast brake discs.
The Maserati GranTurismo S Automatic is powered by a 4.7-litre V8 with an output of 440 HP (323kW) at 7000 rpm and 490Nm of torque at 4750 rpm. The top speed of the automatic GranTurismo S is 183 mph and Maserati says it can get from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 5 seconds.
The Maserati GranTurismo S Automatic Sport Pack price is 92,480 GBP, which means that the new package will cost you an extra 3,840 GBP.
