New and updated information regarding the Audi RS7 has surfaced the web in the last coupled of days. Previously, it was believed the Audi RS7 will get a monster 5.2 liter V10 engine developing 580 hp that will be coupled with the company's seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The Audi RS7 was expected to have its debut at the Paris auto show this year, but unfortunately, it didn't happen. This means the rumors regarding the engine under the hood of the Audi RS7 could also be wrong.
Lately, various sources are reporting that the Audi RS7 will receive a smaller 4.0-liter twin- turbo V8 engine. However, the output of the 4-liter engine will be higher than the previously rumored 5.2-liter.
It's expected the Audi RS7 will send 600 hp to all four wheels via the same 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox and the quattro all-wheel-drive system.
