At the end of last week BMW posted on Facebook four teaser images of the new BMW X1 compact SUV. Today the German company goes a step further by releasing the first BMW X1 teaser video. The clip shows the new, and camouflaged, BMW X1 in action on a number of dirt paths and curvy mountain roads. Based on the new 1 Series modular platform, the BMW X1 will come with all-wheel-drive and a range of petrol and diesel engines. The official debut of the BMW X1 is expected to take place at the IAA in autumn.
