Brabus revealed today their latest aftermarket program for the Mercedes SL63 AMG. Called the Brabus Mercedes SL63 AMG 850, the upgraded roadster develops 850 hp and 1,450 Nm of torque. However, because of various technical reasons, the torque of the Brabus SL63 AMG has been limited to "just" 1,150 Nm. To get the extra power out of the SL63's 5.5-litrer V8 biturbo engine, Brabus has increased its displacement to 6.0 liters. With the extra horsepowers, the new SL63 from Brabus is able to accelerate from nought to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 4.3 seconds and to reach a limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h. Apart from the extra umpf, Brabus is also offering a bespoke aerodynamic package for the new Mercedes SL63 AMG.

The body kit includes a new front splitter, side skirts, a modified bonnet, a rear diffuser and a boot lid wing. The parts are made from carbon fiber. There are also various interior upgrades, such a sport steering wheel, stainless steel illuminated door sills, floor mats, and carbon trim parts.

Brabus is going to announce the price of their new mods for the Mercedes SL63 AMG at a later date.
