GM announced today the Chevrolet Captiva UK price and the fact that a new range topping version has been introduced. The UK version of the Chevrolet Captiva is powered by a 2.0-litre VCDi engine that develops 150PS and offers a fuel consumption of 38.2 mpg for the manual, and 32.8 mpg for the auto. The CO2 emissions level of the Chevrolet Captiva is rated at 197g/km for the manual and at 225g/km for the automatic.
The equipment list of the Chevrolet Captiva includes full leather, climate control, cruise control, electrically-adjustable driver's seat, automatic lights and wipers, 18-inch alloys and privacy glass. The Chevrolet Captiva also comes with ESC and electrically-folding door mirrors, touch-screen satellite navigation and a reverse-parking camera.
The Chevrolet Captiva UK price starts at 27,305 GBP for the manual version and at 28,630 GBP for the automatic.

Large, luxury SUVs aren’t normally synonymous with value for money – spacious, sumptuous and stylish, they’re often the preserve of the seriously well-heeled.

But it also offers two new innovations never seen previously on the model, namely a reverse-parking camera and a touch-screen satellite navigation unit with 7-inch display.
Using the display screen, the reverse parking camera comes in addition to audible distance sensors to assist the driver when squeezing into the tightest of spots, as well as offering a greater all round view of the car, picking up a view lower than that the driver gets through the back window.
The sat nav incorporates Points of Interest and postcode search, plus USB input compatibility for music and video clips, and is standard equipment on both variants of LTZ – the auto and the manual.
The two options are both powered by a 150PS 2.0-litre VCDi engine and offer combined fuel economy figures of 38.2mpg for the manual, and 32.8mpg for the auto. The manual emits 197g/km of CO2, the auto 225g/km.
