Chrysler LLC announced today the launch of the Dodge Caliber SRT4 outside the US market. The Dodge Caliber SRT4 is powered by a 2.4-litre DOHC I-4 turbocharged engine that outputs 295 hp DIN (217 kW) and 363 Nm of torque. The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of the Dodge Caliber SRT4 is in the high 6-second range.
Chrysler says the Dodge Caliber SRT4 will offer, on the European market, more horsepower-per-Euro than any of its competitors.
The exterior styling of the Dodge Caliber SRT4 features a front fascia with functional brake cooling ducts and a larger grille opening. The bonnet features a functional air scoop and rear-facing air extractors that enhance cooling.
A larger integrated spoiler above the rear glass is tuned for smooth air flow and lift reduction.
