The first spy images and details of the Ferrari 458 Italia Challenge have surfaced the web months before the car is meant to be unveiled. Although it's not 100% sure this is the Ferrari 458 Italia Challenge, the car caught on camera does have various signs that tell it's story. The Ferrari 458 Italia Challenge is equipped with racing wheels and features various aerodynamic modifications including new side skirts, a modified front end and hood pins. As seen in the images, the Ferrari 458 Italia Challenge is also fitted with carbon ceramic brakes and seems to sit closer to the ground than the standard model.
The Ferrari 458 Italia Challenge also shows other signs of its racing pedigree - a full roll-cage, plastic windows and racing bucket seats.
The Ferrari 458 Italia Challenge is however, still a little rough around the edges which might indicate this is just a prototype.
The Ferrari 458 Italia Challenge is expected to be unveiled towards the end of the year so we'll have more details regarding it then.
