The Ferrari 458 Challenge was recently caught on video while roaring down public streets in Italy. This new clip is special because it offers the best chance so far to hear the sound of the engine and the exhaust if the new Ferrari 458 Challenge. The video was shot on the streets of Maranello, Ferrari's hometown, and on the company's private Fiorano race track.
The Ferrari 458 Challenge has its world debut at the Bologna Motor Show last year and will soon go on sale. It's price however, is still a mystery.
The Ferrari 458 Challenge hides under its carbon fiber skin a 4.5-liter V8 engine, that's good for 570 hp at 9,000 rpm, and an F1 style
transmission. The Ferrari 458 Challenge also has an E-Diff electronic differential This is the first time Ferrari has used one of those on one of its track oriented models.
