Ferrari revealed recently the 458 Speciale A, which means Aperta. The Ferrari 458 Speciale A is meant to celebrate the Prancing Horse's most successful, award-winning 8-cylinder model and it is going to be built in 499 units. Its price has not been disclosed yet. The 458 Speciale A is the most powerful 'Spider' model ever built by Ferrari. It comes with a 4.5-liter naturally-aspirated V8 engine that develops 605 hp at 9,000 rpm and 540 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. With a weight of 1,340 kg, the 458 Speciale Aperta offers a 2.21 kg/hp weight-to-power ratio. According to Ferrariā€™s official specifications, the 458 Speciale A is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.0 seconds and from nought to 200 km/h in 9.5 seconds.

Its top speed has not been disclosed, but Ferrari says it can lap the Fiorano race track in 1 minute and 23.5 seconds.

The Ferrari 458 Speciale A comes with an aluminum retractable hard top that takes 14 seconds to open/close. The 458 Speciale A comes equipped with front and rear active aerodynamics, Side Slip Angle Control (SSC) and a new body kit. Ferrari says the 458 Speciale A is the most aerodynamically efficient spider they ever made. Ferrari's 458 Speciale A comes with triple-layer yellow livery with a Blu Nart and Bianco Avus central stripe, five-spoke forged wheels in Grigio Corsa, blue carbon-fiber, and Alcantara seats.
