Alfa Romeo announced today that the first Alfa 8C Competizione has been delivered in US in Connecticut. The owner of the first Alfa 8C Competizione in US is James Glickenhaus who received it during a ceremony held at Miller Motorcars. After receiving it he naturally took it for a test drive.
The Alfa 8C Competizione will be limited to 500 units and has been designed at Centro Stile Alfa Romeo in Italy. Powered by a 4.7 liter 8 cylinder engine, the Alfa 8C Competizione develops 450 bhp and is fitted with a 6 speed robotised gearbox.
The United states market will receive an additional 84 units of the model, which will be delivered by the end of the year.
