The first Honda CR-Z TS-1X video surfaced the web as the new factory custom version had its world debut at the Tokyo auto Show. The Honda CR-Z TS-1X was built mainly to demonstrate the model' customization possibilities together with a range of aftermarket parts already developed for it. Honda's engineers worked mainly in improving the driving, turning and stopping performance of the CR-Z TS-1X.
The Honda CR-Z TS-1X is an experimental car, powered by the same engine as the factory model, and built on an improved chassis. The Honda CR-Z TS-1X has six more performance rods that are meant to increase the body's rigidity. The Honda CR-Z TS-1X also features upgrade brakes, with four-piston calipers an all four corners.
The Honda CR-Z TS-1X also comes with a new aerodynamics package that actually improves the downforce at high speeds.
