Jaguar unveiled today the ultimate XJ version, which will probably satisfy even the most demanding customers. The Jaguar XJ Ultimate, which is actually the name of the new special edition version, is based on the long wheelbase version of the model. It will be available with a choice between the 5.0-litre V8 supercharged petrol engine and the smaller 3.0-litre V6 turbocharged diesel unit. The Jaguar XJ Ultimate comes with a long list of luxury appointments, including various exterior and interior styling details, as well as high-end equipment. The distinctive exterior elements include various badges, re-styled chromed intakes, two-tone 20-inch Maroa forged alloy wheels, and stainless steel oval tailpipes. The Jaguar XJ Ultimate will be available with a Celestial Black or Polaris White exterior finish.
Jaguar's new limousine is mainly centered on the passengers. The XJ Ultimate comes with individual rear seats, covered in semi-aniline natural leather, and equipped with power adjustment and recline, lumbar support, massage function and climate controls. Between the seats there's an aluminum table covered in piano black trim. Under the table, the Jaguar XJ Ultimate has a champagne chiller and a special compartment, which houses two bespoke champagne flutes.
Each of the Jaguar XJ Ultimate's rear seats has access to an iPad and a keyboard, which are integrated into the backrest of the front seats.
The luxury limo comes with phosphor blue accent lighting, 15-channel, 20-speaker surround sound system made by Meridian and screens mounted in the headrests. To finish the look of the XJ Ultimate's interior, Jaguar gave it various herringbone veneer and aluminum styling accents.
To increase the comfort of the passengers, Jaguar revised the suspension for the XJ Ultimate, which offers a much smoother ride in comparison to the standard XJ.
