Jeremy Clarkson: 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 review

 »  »  »

In his usual column in the Times, Jeremy Clarkson from Top Gear offers his 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 review. If you're interested just in his verdict... he wants one. This means the 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 made quite a good impression on him since it's well known Jeremy Clarkson is not a big fan of the German carmaker. However, he still considers a rear engine configuration of the 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 as being completely wrong. During his test on the Top Gear track, Mr. Clarkson discovered that the 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 understeers in Chicago, but this was not enough to think less of the new version.

As a reminder, the 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 comes with a 3.8 liter engine mounted in the back that develops 435 bhp and can rocket-jump the car from

0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds. 160 km/h comes in just 8.2 seconds. The top speed of the 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 is rated by the manufacturer at 312 km/h. Jeremy Clarkson believes the 98,100 Euros price tag of the 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 is quite sensible given how much car you'll get for your money.
